We built a model specifically so you could have both — a genuine, direct relationship with your caregiver, and the peace of mind that comes from professional screening, coordination, and support behind the scenes.
We don't employ caregivers or dictate how they provide care. Instead, we recruit, screen, and match independent caregivers with families across the Las Vegas area, then handle the administrative work — and ongoing support — so you can focus on what matters most.

Nidora Care is a caregiver registry. We provide referral services for caregivers who provide home care. The caregivers we refer are independent home-care professionals who operate as self-employed independent contractors relative to Nidora Care.
Importantly, we do not provide any health-related or home-care services of any kind.
Nidora Care is not an employment agency, as defined in Nev. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 611.020.2, it is not an agency to provide nursing in the home, as defined in Nev. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 449.0015, and it is not an agency to provide personal care services in the home, as defined in Nev. Rev. Stat. Ann. 449B.015.
